About The Project

Homes by Esh is one of the North East’s leading new home developers, building properties across Teesside, Durham and the wider region. With multiple active sites and new home types launching regularly, they needed a consistent stream of social media video content that actually performed and stops buyers mid-scroll.

Working in partnership with their marketing team, we developed a complete social video system built around authenticity, pace and repeatability. Every video needed to look on-brand, feel natural, and be produced fast enough to keep up with an active development pipeline.

  • 15+ property walkthrough videos between 1 and 2 minutes each
  • Two core formats,  music and text-only graphics versions and voiced walkthroughs with the sales team
  • Full branded graphics package including home type overlays, location cards, room prompts and CTA graphics

The 4 Content Pillars

Gliding Pocket 3 Walkthroughs

Smooth, flowing room-by-room walkthroughs shot on the DJI Pocket 3. Speed ramps keep momentum through less interesting sections while on-screen text highlights key features , keeping viewers watching without a presenter on camera.

Sales Rep Guided Tours

Natural, unscripted tours with the Homes by Esh sales team. They open doors, highlight features and interact with the space as they would with a real buyer. This format builds trust and converts better than staged corporate video.

UGC Style Behind the Scenes

Real process content – furnishing days, driveway installation, options choosing, shot in the same handheld style buyers see on social media every day. These videos consistently outperform polished content because they feel genuine.

Buyer Perspective Videos

First person content shot from the buyer’s point of view, walking through the buying journey. This format directly addresses the hesitation potential buyers have and removes it before they even enquire.

How​​ We Did It

The brief was to create repeatable content while maintaining brand recognition across diverse property developments.

We used the DJI Pocket 3 for smooth, gliding walkthrough footage. By adding speed ramps at key transition points, the videos move at an engaging pace that holds attention on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We also built a custom graphics template from their brand guidelines. Templating the text overlays for home types, locations, and calls to action cut production times and delivered a consistent asset library.

Choosing casual UGC formats was a deliberate creative choice. Modern property buyers trust authentic content. Behind the scenes footage of real teams laying driveways or dressing show homes performs best because it feels completely genuine.
