The brief came in three days before the event. There was no pre-production period to speak of, no recce, no shot list built over weeks. We turned up, assessed the spaces available, and got to work. Five interviews across the day with people at different levels of the organisation, from the Chief Executive and Director of Finance through to Housing Officers, board members, and customers, each one captured between the activity of a busy event day.

The b-roll was gathered around the interviews, picking up the brainstorming sessions, group discussions, and the natural energy of a room full of people genuinely invested in where the organisation is heading. That kind of footage cannot be staged and it does not need to be when the event itself has real momentum behind it. The edit pulled the interviews into a single four-minute narrative with custom graphics matching their new brand identity, a music track timed to the structure of the film, and a full team photograph worked into the closing sequence.
