Noctura commissioned Tees Vision Media to create a clear and accessible video guide for their Noctura 400 sleep mask, designed to support users managing diabetic retinopathy.

Filmed with one of the Noctura team presenting, the video covered everything from how the product arrives, setup and daily usage info, to returning the device and answering common questions. The video was designed for use on customer support platforms and websites, making onboarding simple and stress-free for users.

We also produced this product usage guide in multiple languages for worldwide advertising.
