Leisure Resorts brought us in to produce a polished explainer video around shared ownership at Aysgarth Holiday Park. The aim was to give potential buyers a clear understanding of what’s included in the new sharedownership product, its fees, how the new booking system works and what to expect on site.

We interviewed the Head of Sales and combined that with clean, high-quality footage of the park and lodges to create an informative, visually appealing sales tool. The final video is now used by the sales team to support conversations and drive interest in holiday lodge ownership.
