Photography FAQ

Most photography projects are delivered within 2 to 7 working days of the shoot. We’ll always confirm your estimated delivery date when you book. If you have a deadline, let us know and we’ll work around it.

Yes. Every image is carefully edited before delivery. This includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, skin retouching for portraits and blemish removal for products. If you have specific editing requirements just let us know and we’ll tailor the retouching to your brief.

We shoot on Sony A7V cameras with a full range of professional lighting including five point lighting setups, flash and continuous lighting. Every shoot is equipped to the standard the job requires, whether that’s a clean studio style product shoot or a natural light commercial shoot on location.

Yes and it’s actually how most of our shoots work. We bring a full portable studio setup to your premises so you don’t have to worry about logistics. On location shoots also tend to produce more authentic results, showing your business, team or products in a real environment.

Absolutely. Many clients book a combined photography and video session in a single shoot day. This is the most cost effective way to build a full content library quickly. Everything gets planned together so the shoot runs efficiently and you end up with both photo and video assets ready to use.

This depends on the project scope and what’s been agreed at booking. Product shoots typically deliver a set number of images per product. Commercial and branding shoots are planned around a shot list agreed in advance. We’ll always be clear on deliverables before the shoot day.

Yes. All delivered images are yours to use across your website, social media, marketing campaigns, print materials and anywhere else with no ongoing licensing fees or restrictions.

Yes. While we are based in Stockton on Tees we regularly shoot across the North East including Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Darlington and Durham. Travel further afield is available and discussed at quote stage.
