Alfrando’s Peri Peri​ Stockton-on-Tees

Exploring Stockton-on-Tees for great food often leads us back to a few reliable favourites, and Alfrando’s Peri Peri is one of them. If you love spicy chicken, generous portions, and meals easy on the wallet, this is Stockton’s answer to Nando’s, but with its own character and at around half the price.

We usually eat in, but takeaway hits the spot when short on time. Works brilliant for quick lunch or easy evening feed, especially when you want filling without fuss. What it’s like inside​​​​​​​

Rustic wooden panelled interior, comfy booths, casual seating – simple, practical, and welcoming. Suits small groups, families, or solo grab and go.

Menu Highlights​​​​​​​

Plenty of variety without overload, peri peri chicken fillets with rice/salad, whole grilled chickens, strips, wraps, beef burgers, milkshakes, desserts.

Custom spice level from mild to face-melting hot. Standouts for us: chicken strips with rice/salad (simple, tasty, filling), and the whole peri peri chicken platter (full chicken, large fries, rice, two pittas, 1.5L drink).

Prices & Value​​​​​​

Very reasonable – meals start around £6, noticeably cheaper than chains. Generous portions mean you get proper satisfaction without skimping. Great for budget lunches or family nights out.
