Angrove County Park Teesside Hot Tub Breaks

I love weekend breaks, and Teesside has a lot of them. Angrove Country Park is easily one of the best-kept luxury holiday parks in the region, offering everything you could want from a short escape away. Based in Great Ayton, it features a huge variety of accommodation types—ranging from unique glamping domes to massive four-bedroom lodges. Complete with private outdoor hot tubs, it is a comfortable, premium setup for everyone.

Accommodation & Amenities

When I visited, I was blown away by the incredible level of amenities the park has to offer. The on-site G&Tea House serves up amazing restaurant-quality food, while a mini-golf course provides the perfect, relaxing activity for all ages. For dog lovers—oh my! The dedicated dog agility course is an absolute game-changer for pet owners who want to exercise their dogs without tracking all the way up into the deep hills.

The Surrounding Area

The lodge park sits directly under Roseberry Topping, looking almost like a living painting. This prime location means you are ultra-close to both the rugged North York Moors and the stunning Yorkshire coastline. It sits right on the doorstep of some of the most beautiful and bustling coastal villages in the UK. While everyone naturally talks about Saltburn and Whitby, I’d personally recommend a trip over to Seaton Carew, it is easily my top pick for local beaches. 🙂
